winter swell in summertime

the south coast of tahiti is still pumping, we are in december, the weather is hot and usually we surf the north coast of the island receiving the hawaiian swell, but for some reason, we have been surfing the south swell during 2 weeks!!!surf reports still announcing another 8ft swell for the next week, it has been like this since february 2010.photo credit:vincent devert- website:vincentdevert.com
